Sign out of the shift in the system (up to 12 hours before start) and take another one instead. Closer than that: talk to your team coordinator so they can find cover.
How many hours am I expected to work?
Around 5 hours per day, usually one shift. Night Guardian shifts count double. Buildup and teardown days are heavier - festival days are lighter.
Is there wifi on the site?
There is wifi around the main house (network: Angsbacka Guest). The rest of the site is a blessed offline zone.
When are the volunteer meals?
Volunteers eat 30 minutes before general serving: breakfast 07:30, lunch 12:30, dinner 17:30. Show your angel wristband at the serving line.
Where do volunteers camp?
The angel camping is the quiet field behind the barn. Vans and cars sleep on the parking field. Please do not camp in the ceremony area or the garden.
Who do I talk to if I feel overwhelmed?
The Care Team holds space in Lilla Huset every day 10:00-22:00, no appointment needed. For practical shift issues, talk to your coordinator. You are allowed to rest.
